How Not to Cook!

It's very easy to prepare a good taste food(floow some reciepe), but it takes a genius to make a sooper food when some disaster happens. That's why cookery is an ART!

lets see some common mistakes which people do while preparing food items:

 

1: Kodbale:

Never add more ghee/butter to the kodbale paste!!! If you do, then don't expect kodbale to be in one piece. :)

 

2: Kadabu:

Never add lot of rava and oil and expect the paste to mend together. If you desperately want to make kadabu out of this illogical mixture then all the best!

 

3: Sajjige.

Never add sugar/jaggery before adding water or as soon as you add water to the rava mixture.

If you do so, then you will have to smash the rava particles and then chew the sweat like thing!

(By adding sugar/jaggery, rava doesn't boil well and hence you see unboiled rava which is very very raw and very difficult to eat).
